Procrastination and Panic

I went to Kamakazi Karaoke last night. For those of you that don’t know, Kamakazi Karaoke is when your friend picks your song for you and you don’t know what it is until you get to the stage to sing it. Thanks for the song choices friends. Anyway, I was pretty sure that I’d be able to write a thought provoking blog when I got home. Well, I was wrong. So, I leave you with this…

The Joke of the Day:

A police officer in a small town stopped a motorist who was speeding down Main Street.
“But officer.” the man began, “I can explain,”.
“Just be quiet,” snapped the officer. “I’m going to let you cool your heels in jail until the chief gets back…”
“But officer, I just wanted to say….”
“And I said to keep quiet! You’re going to jail!”
A few hours later the officer looked in on his prisoner and said, “Lucky for you that the chief is at his daughter’s wedding. He’ll be in a good mood when he gets back.”
“Don’t count on it,” answered the fellow in the cell. “I’m the groom.”

Yeah, I know that was kind of lame, but it made you smile. :-D

Be sure to come back for the evening blog, I promise – no more lame jokes. Meanwhile, Visit my blog marathon partner at AnythingUrban.net and be sure to subscribe so you can get automatic updates to our blogs.
